Hub Statement Clock Tolerance (seconds)¶

Description: How far apart, in seconds, a site accepts the Hub's clock and its own when it checks a signed statement's times and the dates of the certificate that signed it. A statement that expired longer ago than this, or was signed further in the future than this, is refused, as is one whose signing certificate is outside its dates by more than this. Set it on each site.
