Hub Proxy Cache TTL (ms)¶

Description: Time-to-live in milliseconds for the Hub proxy hot-path caches (subdomain->site resolution and per-user proxy permission), which spare the DB a repeat lookup on every click through an open console. A stale entry - a just-disabled/deleted site or a just-revoked permission - self-heals within this window; site disable/delete and ACL grant/revoke also evict explicitly, so those are immediate. Matches the revoked-cert cache's 60s exposure.
