Qvera Recognized at HIMSS16 for ConCert by HIMSS™ Certification

Following the ConCert award presentation at the 2016 IHE Connectathon in Cleveland, Ohio, Qvera CEO Sam Shapiro and CTO Ron Shapiro were again recognized for achieving the ConCert by HIMSS™  certification. Qvera accepted the award during the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase ceremony at the recent HIMSS16 Conference and Exhibition in Las Vegas.

Six additional health information technology vendors received recognition including Caradigm, Cerner, Corepoint Health, iPatientCare, MEDfx, and NextGen Healthcare. Qvera is honored to be the first interface engine vendor to receive the recognition.

To receive the ConCert by HIMSS™ certification, Qvera and the other certified products completed a rigorous Interoperability Testing and Certification program. According to ConCert by HIMSS™, this process ensures that the product has demonstrated that it is “interoperable with other products and can enable the secure, reliable, efficient and seamless transfer of data within and across organizational and state boundaries”.

Being the first interface engine to receive this designation, Qvera continues to innovate in the field of healthcare interoperability. Committed to driving down the cost of healthcare interoperability, Qvera continues to develop the most powerful and flexible interface engine in the world, the Qvera Interface Engine (QIE).
