QIE 23.4.1 adds DICOM sending and container scaling metrics

QIE 23.4.1 is available. This release completes two-way DICOM inside a single channel and adds the metrics a container platform needs to scale QIE.

Send DICOM from a destination node

A channel destination can transmit DICOM through a DICOM Sender, so QIE acts as the outbound imaging endpoint rather than only receiving.

DICOM in the test window

DICOM messages can be stepped through the channel test window like any other message type, so imaging interfaces can be built and debugged without sending live studies.

IP filtering on inbound DICOM

Inbound associations can be restricted by source address, a network-level control on top of AE title matching.

Container scaling metrics, and a Container Guide

The probe port reports thread and throughput information an orchestrator can scale on, and a QIE Container Guide was added to the help menu.

AWS Signature authentication

Web service connections can authenticate to AWS-hosted APIs without a custom signing script.

Security hardening

Weak DHE cipher suites are disabled on Jetty receivers by default, the Management API defaults to TLS 1.2, the console session cookie is marked httpOnly, and closing the browser now ends the session.
