Unable to login using user id : admin & password: admin credentials

Hi

I tried to uninstall and install QIE almost three to four times and unable to log in using admin & admin. Not throwing any error showing QIE Console login again & again . when you try to enter the credentials admin & admin. It is showing the same QIE Console login again & again. Could you please help me.

How do I debug the issue?

If you are using the standard version of Qvera you can stop the Qvera service and then rename or remove the qie.h2.db file. The next time you start the service a new qie.h2.db will be created with a blank database.

Here is another Question :
I removed it and it was working and asked to change the password and changed the password and updated with standard license . Logout the console and tired back login again. It showing the same console login again & again. What could be the issue and could you please let me know.

The H2 database can be found in /Users/Shared/Qvera/qie/h2. Give us a call on the support line if you are still not able to locate the database.
