What do I need for ICD-9 to ICD-10?

What differences will there be in Qvera Interface Engine? What do I need to prepare?

The PROBLEM table in Centricity has three fields that have to do with ICD. 

CODE

ICD9MasterDiagnosisId

ICD10MasterDiagnosisId

 

Currently the CODE field usually has an ICD-9 value in it. When a CDA is sent from Centricity it currently includes ICD-9 and ICD-10 if both or either of the values is found in the MasterDiagnosis table. 

If you are using the Qvera Reconcile Form then you will want to update to the latest version of that package in order to default the reconciled problems code display on the reconciel form field to ICD-10 instead of ICD-9.
