Why doesn't my message have any message results?

My channel is actively running and receiving messages .  However, when I go to the messages tab, and click on a message, it does not have message results.  I don't see any errors, so why would these messages not have message results?

The message you are looking at probably has not been processed yet.  Perhaps there is a backlog in your inbound queue.

1. Check the Status tab, and double-click a message that has been processed (ie: "Msg xxxx [path=1-2-...]")
2. Click "View Associated Message"
3. On the Log Messages tab, look at the timestamp difference from the "received" to the "completed".  This difference represents the amount of time that message had to wait in the inbound queue before it was processed and completed.
