Is there a standard or preprogrammed way to convert HL7 2.5.1 to 2.3?

There is not a preprogrammed way as each HL7 message type (ADT, VXU, DFT, etc) will have different segments and need to be handled different.

We have a open enhancement to evaluate adding this to Qvera as function.
