After Install QIE will not start with a named account

After Install QIE will not start and no logs are created.  I am also trying to use a named account.

When using a named account you may need to go to services -> QIEService64 -> Properties -> Log On Tab to set "This account" and "Password".  This may not work properly from the QIE Service Manager.
