QIEservice64 fails to start - error code 1

Question

On May 22nd 2021 I moved my VM from an older VM host to a new one with more horse power - ever since then, my Qvera Interface Engine has failed to start. MAC address stayed the same, Static IP address stayed the same - the only changes made during the transfer was more resources allocated to the VM. All other aspects of the server are functioning as expected.

The error is non descript and the event logs do not help either. 

Thoughts?

@ brandon-w-8204  You rock; in all of my searching, that article never came up. Ironically, just as I was about too remote in and make this change, the practice manager called and said that quatris had found the issue (java update that changed the folder names) and resolved it.
