What should the connection be for a Database Destination?

What would be the "connection" in Database update settings? I already configured my database connection, and it is connected succesfully.

The connection is a dropdown. Just click on the down arrow and select your connection you configured:

Only Database Connections in that zone or the global zone will be in the dropdown. Ensure you have the db connection in that zone or the global zone
