I can not load external libraries

Question

I have a trial trial license, and when I try to load an ojdbc6.jar library for connection to a database, it does not recognize me. I put the library in the path C: \ Program Files (x86) \ QIE \ lib and it does not appear. Any solution?

The jar files should be loaded in the lib directory under the home folder. The default home folder for Windows is C:\ProgramData\QIE\lib
