Can you automatically update a System Variable Table (cross reference file) in QIE?

Question

I have a cross reference file that will be updated by another user, but they do not have access to QIE.

1. Create a new System Variables, add the Name, Type will be Table and link to spreadsheet to populate values.

2. Check the box 'Link system variable to external source'. 

3. Browse out to the CSV file and input data. 

4. Input the csv file path in the 'File Path' under the File Settings.

5.Set CRON String to schedule the file pickup.
