Re:  The GE Healthcare Transition of Care (TOC) CDA Document Product Notice dated January 5, 2018 requiring Centricity updates for the 2018 Quality Reporting.

GE has identified that the default TOC JBOSS call (GetTransitionOfCareCcda) is not producing all of the required sections for Meaningful Use and MIPS. The 7 required sections are Immunizations, Care Plan, Procedures, Reason for Referral, Vital Signs, Encounter Diagnosis and Primary Care Physician if they didn't contribute to the document.

GE will be making their service pack fix available in early 2018.

We encourage all customers to contact GE Healthcare for further questions about the service pack. Applying the GE service pack is the preferred resolution for purposes of ongoing support and future enhancements. If applying the service pack is not feasible then please contact Qvera Support to apply a workaround by reconfiguring the TOC JBOSS call to use GetClinicalDocument with all 7 required sections enabled.

Thank you,
