getting incompatible application on installer in windows 7

Question

Trying to run the 32 bit insatller on a 32 bit Windows 7 machine I get Incompatible Application.

I would if I knew how. (I don't see anything about attachments).
The program never starts even though I'm logged on ad Administrator
and click Run as Administrator.
I checked the compatibility with Windows Troubleshooter and
got the Incompatible Application.

We were able to reproduce the issue, and have fixed problem.  The Manage Licenses page in your Qvera Portal will have the updated link.  The fix is in QIE build 3.0.44.8197.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
