How do I enable a form.

I am trying to access a QIE form and I am getting an error indicating "Disabled forms cannot be accessed".

A form can be enabled/disabled by navigating to the Forms section under the Zone then choosing the form and right clicking on enabling or disable. After enabling or disabling a form you can then click on Save to save the form. The form should now be running.
