How do I send Register to one endpoint, and provide to another?

I am trying to set up a P&R to our HIE, and they want the register and provide to go to separate endpoints.

When you attempt to register the CCD, that will be the endpoint with registry.  When submitting the actual CCD, that will the repository link.

The PNR or ITI-41 is one transaction not 2. We are not aware you can split them up. Please contact support@qvera.com or 801-335-5101 option 2 and we will work with you to resolve this issue.
