QIE same machine, two users [closed]

Hello QIE Peeps,

   We have one machine with Qvera on, but two accounts to the machine, the first account can access Qvera fine etc, the second account gets "Connection refused" by the browser?, Can you advise how to resolve?

Qvera does not have network level security. Meaning we do not block connections based on users. Is there any other network security settings or products installed on the machine that is controlling what the user can access.

You could try the following kb as both users and see if it shows the QIE port listening on both.
