What are the direct address requirements for MU - TOC?

Question

Regarding the TOC channel and meaningful use - if the CCDA is sent from a generic direct address instead of a provider specific address will that provider still get credit for meaningful use?

If a CCDA is sent outbound using a generic direct address, the MUActivityLog will be updated for the user that sent the TOC.
