Output FTP File From MU Channel

Question

We have the 2 standard MU channels.  They have an option to output zip files to a physical folder as well as FTP them to CQR.  I've set the channel cache variable to Y, indicating that I want to output a physical file but it's not happening?

The Export ZIP File will export the zip file to the path listed in the Export Path listed above. It will only affect messages going forward so to confirm review the messages tabe to ensure you are receiving new messages.
