Where i can get the API document for the object lie QIE, message which is similar to Javadoc ?

I don't believe we have Javadoc like documentation external to the engine. However inside of the qie editor if you just type qie and then "Cntrl+Spacebar" it will bring up available functions as well as their javadoc like documentation:
