Which integration service level fits your team?
You do not have to hire and train an interface team to run QIE or QDR. Support is included with every license. The service levels below describe the hands-on implementation and operational help Qvera provides. Levels 2–4 are quoted separately, and customers move between all four as their needs change.

LEVEL 01 — Standard customer support
Your team builds and runs the interfaces on your own instance of QIE. Qvera’s engineers are on the phone and email whenever you need them.

LEVEL 02 — SOW-based integration services
Your team runs QIE. Qvera builds, tests and deploys a defined set of interfaces for a fixed price.
- Qvera builds, tests and deploys a defined set of interfaces from your specifications.
- Your team runs your own instance of QIE.
- Bought as a fixed-bid statement of work: you send the requirements, Qvera scopes the project and quotes it, and work starts on approval.
LEVEL 03 — Dedicated interface engineers
Your team runs QIE. Qvera engineers join your team, full-time or part-time, for ongoing interface work.
- Qvera engineers, full-time or part-time, build, test and deploy interfaces from your ongoing project list and timelines.
- Your team runs your own instance of QIE.
- Bought under a master services agreement; the number of engineers is sized together from your needs.
LEVEL 04 — Fully managed integration services
Qvera runs all of it — the interfaces, the QIE instance, and the hosting and infrastructure underneath. You own the results.
- Qvera builds, tests, deploys and manages all of your interfaces.
- Qvera runs the QIE instance and the hosting and infrastructure underneath.
- Bought under a master services agreement for the management services. Qvera manages 100% of your interfacing needs and you stay focused on your core business.
