How can I resubmit data to QIE from EMR if it has failed to send?

If for some reason a job fails to process for an interface how can we resubmit information in the missing date range?

In EMR, and I assume CPS, you browse to the reports tab and run an inquiry.  In the case of Immunizations for us you select Patients where appointment date is after the failure and before it was fixed.  We narrowed it down to patients where the appointment status was Arrived to make it more specific.  Then click search to list patients and then select activity where activity would be the function missing.  In my case it was immunizations.
