Can I set/override Queue Alerts for one Channel to be different from System Defaults

You can change the alerts on a channel by doing the following.

  1. Click on the Zone the channel is in.
  2. Click on Channels under that Zone
  3. Right-Click the Channel you wish to change.
  4. Click on Properties
  5. In the Channel Properties window click on Queue/Inactivity Alerts
  6. Check the Override System Defaults
  7. Change the settings to the desired limits.
  8. Click OK

You have now changed the alert limits for one zone.
