What timezone are message timestamps displayed in?

Within a channel, in the messages tab. What timezone are the message timestamps displayed in? Is it the sender's timezone, the server timezone, or the client's timezone?

The timestamps displayed on the Channel Messages tab and the Message Detail Dialog are displayed in the client's timezone.

 

 

The log messages on the Channel Status tab and Log Messages tab in the message detail dialog are displayed in the server's timezone.

 

This example was accomplished by changing the client's timezone to EDT and hitting a server in the MDT timezone.
