What are the steps to manually install QIE on Windows 10?

I don't have local administrator permissions on my laptop. this would be useful for evaluation purposes.

Step 1. Install Java. Here is a link on the supported verisons. 

Step 2. Install QIE from the installer. The download can be obtained from https://www.qvera.com/manage-licenses/

Step 3. Install a compatible browser. The two most comon browsers are Chrome and Firefox.

Step 4. Launch QIE and install your license. The License can be found at https://www.qvera.com/manage-licenses/

There is an install guide included in the download of QIE and it can also be found from the QIE Help menu if you have another install of QIE.

I can't - as mentioned above i do not have local administrator permissions. If you are familiar with open source software, then you would know that installation can be done manually in a user's local work directories.

I am sorry but at this time QIE can only be installed on Windows with the installer and administrative permissions. Also, QIE is not an open source program.
