When the reconcile form will be launched from the Centricity application running in a Citrix environment, then Google Chrome will need to be installed and configured on the Citrix server(s) and not the local workstation(s). Installing Google Chrome in Citrix gives the added benefit of allowing the QIE reconcile forms access to Chrome without requiring that Chrome be published as an application to the end users.
Also Chrome does not need to be installed as the default browser.
