Qvera uses Camel for FTP. There is a limitation to the number of source nodes connecting to the same server with the same user and path. You should only have one source with the same Server, Port, User, and Path.
As for the destination, there is no limit in QIE to how many you can configure. The only limitation would be the ftp server you are connecting to and how many connections it will allow.
