QIE has failed to check in within the last 7 days. As a result, all channels have been permanently stopped. Please ensure that the QIE service has access to qvera.com

How do I resolve this error?

The QIE service requires access to qvera.com in order to validate the QIE license(s) installed on the server. When the QIE service is unable to contact qvera.com to perform the license validation for 7 consecutive days, it stops all running channels and does not allow any channels to be restarted.

To resolve this, you must ensure that the QIE server has http access to qvera.com. The inability to access qvera.com could be due to one of the following:

- qvera.com is being blocked by a firewall filter or rule
- qvera.com is being blocked by a network routing rule
- qvera.com is being blocked by a proxy server rule
- The QIE server is on a private internal network and does not have access to the internet

Once access to qvera.com from the QIE server has been resolved, you will need to restart the QIE service in order to start any channels that were stopped.
