Sometimes searching for something is difficult, and we want to get an overview of how the messages are coming through the interface. Rather than double clicking each message - which creates a modal dialog box that a cannot click away from (change tabs) -- qvera should have an option to include a preview pane on the interace (it should be easy to turn on and off -- and NOT require a channel restart the way message list changes do) That would allow the multiple tab interface to allow quick back and forth comparison between messages. This is a common use case when troubleshooting. Currently this requires multiple browser windows to accomplish. You should be able to choose between l/r split of messages and preview or top/bottom split -- similar to an e-mail interface.
