Just fired it up for the first time and getting familiar. Question: What is the code for the pipe symbol as a separator in CSV. It shows 2C for comman, 09 for \t for tab so what is the 2 digit hex value for "|"?

The 2 digit hex value for "|" (pipe) is 7C. Here is a link to the table:
