1. Create connection of type IHE Web Service Profiles
2. Configure and destination node to use this web service. After selecting the Connection and the correct Operation the SOAP Envelope will automatically be generated.
3. In some cases the Meta Data values in the SOAP envelope will need to be updated to match what the HIE requires. While any value in the SOAP envelope is considered "Meta Data" there are a few values that are set by HIE as shown in the screenshot below. These values can be set directly in the SOAP Envelope XML code or by clicking on the "Meta Data" link found in the upper right hand corner of the SOAP Envelope window which will open the window view below. If these values need to be changed the correct values will need to be obtained from the HIE.
